If you have made a journey on an exempt account and the exempt user was not present, please fill in the below form to make your payment.
After you have submitted the below form with your journey details, we will deduct the toll from your Pre-Paid account at the lower amount of £1.98. The deduction will show as a “correction” on your Pre-Paid account. This will show on your account as the journey date & time the correction was applied to your account and not the time and date of your journey.
If you do not have a Pre-Paid account, please make a guest payment here at £2.20. Please disregard any notifications in relation to used credits.
