Customer Experience Lead Vacancy

TT2 Limited, the operator of the iconic Tyne Tunnels, is looking to recruit a full time (37 hours) Customer Experience Lead at its premises in North Tyneside to help take the organisation through an exciting period of change and growth.

We have great plans for the business and are therefore seeking an exceptional individual who can support the Customer Operations Manager in ensuring we offer a first-class service to our customers and stakeholders, understanding the customer journey and seeking continuous improvements to support retaining existing customers and actively encourage new users to the Tunnels.

As Customer Experience Lead you will be responsible for resource planning for a group of Customer Experience Team Leaders and Customer Experience Specialists, ensuring that the team perform to well-defined standards, providing support and guidance, ensuring training and development plans are in place.  In your role you will also be responsible for dealing with any escalated queries and complaints ensuring customers receive a premium service.

TT2 helps the 55,000+ customers who use the Tyne Tunnels each day to have the best experience possible.  You’ll have a talent for ensuring the continuous operation of a variety of systems and an ability to think and make the right decisions in a busy environment.
