Blue Badge or Disability Tax Exemption - Renewal Form

Once you have completed the below details in full, your renewal application will be checked and the permit will automatically be added to your account for 12 months, or at the expiry of your Blue Badge., whichever is sooner. You will receive a confirmation email.

For a Blue Badge renewal, you only need to provide the front and back of your Blue Badge
If this a Disablity Tax renewal, you only need to supply your Disablity Tax Exemption Evidence Document
