Please complete the form in full and accurate detail so we can process your account closure in a timely manner.
Step 1 – We will check the form to ensure all details are present and correct, and Auto Top-up has been disabled from your account.
Step 2 – We will remove all Vehicle Registration Numbers from your account.
Step 3 – Remaining funds will be removed from your account and a refund processed.
Step 4 – You will receive your refund within 14 days of your account closure being processed by our administration team.
Step 5 – In line with our data retention policy, your account will be terminated.
If you are an authorised representative, please attach the supporting documentation below. If you are requesting an account closure for a 3rd party, we will need to verify your authority to do so. Please attach any necessary documentation. This could be: Power of Attorney, Death Certificate, Legal Representation Confirmation or any other documentation that would help your application.
