Survey Details

• The survey will take 5 – 10 minutes to complete
• Close date for receipt of entries is 23:45 on the 31st August 2026
• As a thank you for your time, you will have the option to be entered into our prize draw for the chance to win a £500 Love2shop voucher
• Responses to our survey are completely anonymous unless you choose to provide your Vehicle Registration Number, wish to enter the prize draw or participate in the Tyne Tunnels Customer Feedback panel
• Providing contact details to enter the prize draw and/ or Tyne Tunnels Customer Feedback Panel will associate your survey responses with your details for TT2 to enter you into the draw
• All information you provide will be kept confidential and only used to improve your experience, shaping how we develop and enhance our service going forward

Prize Draw Details

• Only one entry per person is allowed
• The winner will be drawn at random by TT2 and contacted by email from [email protected]
• The winner will be contacted on the 3rd September 2025
• If no reply to email within 48 hours of contact, a follow up attempt will be made. If no reply after 72 hours, a new winner will be randomly drawn
• Your first name and county may be used on TT2’s external channels (e.g. website and social media) announcing the randomly selected winner, unless you opt out of this in the survey form
• Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available
