(Closed) Vacancy for Data Analyst Apprentice

TT2 Limited is responsible for the management, operation, maintenance and administration of the Tyne Tunnels. With 60,000 vehicles travelling with us everyday, we play an important part in the local infrastructure of creating a link between the North and South of the River Tyne.

What you will do in your working day

  • You will be responsible for the generation of key reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis covering the performance of any or all of the TTW business.
  • Interact with a diverse range of stakeholders to ensure that accurate information is obtained in a timely way.
  • Work closely with the management team, including the CEO.
  • Ensure the integrity of our data generation systems and advise and support managers in delivery of services in line with business objectives, manage the production of the periodic management reports and processing of data in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring the integrity of the information provided through implementation, regular review, and update of controls.
  • Advise and support managers in delivering services in line with business objectives, recommending actions when necessary.
  • Support with the production of KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and performance data and the subsequent analysis of results and performance including revenue analysis.
  • You will also support the development of the business strategy, delivery of KPIs and assist in the production of key business drivers including the introduction of targeting and production of forecasts and budgets.
  • The role will include other reasonable duties directed by the Business Improvement Manager including report preparation and general associated duties in the office.

The training you will be getting

  • The successful applicant will complete and obtain a Level 4 Data Analyst qualification through Learning Curve Group.
  • 4-6 Weekly 1-2-1 Sessions with your tutor.
  • 6 weekly hours of Off The Job Training.
  • The course is a 15 month programme.

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

  • Potential for full time role upon completion.
  • Potential to progress on to level 5.
