Please re-add your saved card(s) and re-enable your Auto Top-up rule before your next journey.
Please be vigilant and check that any Auto Top-up rules trigger at the threshold you have set.
If you travelled between Friday 10th November – Sunday 12th November 2023, you will have until 23:59PM on Tuesday 14th November 2023 to pay your toll.
Reminder: The Tyne Tunnels app will be unavailable until Monday 13th November. Pre-Paid account access and toll payments can be made via the TT2 website.
