From Monday 1st August 2022 – Wednesday 3rd August 2022, between the hours of 8pm – 5am, the A187 slip road to Wallsend will be closed due to roadworks.
Here’s what to expect after you leave the Northbound Tunnel:
As you leave the Northbound Tunnel, continue North on the A19 until you reach the first slip road and take the 3rd exit.
Continue to follow the diversion signs in place.
