You cannot claim for toll exemption unless you have a registered exemption account.
Inspection lanes are no longer available for unregistered Blue Badge and Disability Tax customers to claim toll exemption.
Since you don’t have your vehicle registered against an exemption account, the toll is payable. This must be made by midnight the day after your journey. Make sure to register your vehicle against an exemption account for any future journeys.
If you do not make payment by midnight the day after your journey, an Unpaid Toll Charge Notice (UTCN) will be issued.
